Hi Justin,
When you sign up for a membership you have access to the pottery studio. It’s $125.00 for 7 weeks, or $350.00 for 6 months, or $675.00 for 1 year. The clay you purchase here at Pottery West covers the cost of your glazes and your firings in the bisque kiln and the gas kiln to cone 10.
I recommend you come in during a scheduled class time to speak to teachers, staff and students and see the facility. If this is the right place for you we’ll get you signed up. Classes are optional. You can come in to use the pottery anytime you would like to work. Class times are a good time to come in when someone is here to answer questions. The class times are located on the website under “Pottery Instruction.” A map to our location is located on the contact page.
Hi there, My name is Ginger. I am also trying to get back into pottery. I have been doing pottery for about 15 years or so, and I also taught pottery but I had to stop for a while because of my back issues. My question is are studio participants required to load their work onto the kilns or do they have help? I really want to get back into pottery but I am not sure my back can handle the loading process. Thank you
Hi Ruth. My name is Kelly and I am interested in pottery classes at your studio. My question is, if I have a total of five potential members to join, would you offer us a discount? I’m trying to tempt my friends into joining with me. Thx! ~K
Hello. My name is Justin, I am trying to get back into pottery. What are your rates for use of kilns, buying clay and glaze, etc? Thank you in advance
